This Website Privacy Policy explains how Synovion Industries LLC (“Synovion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through the public Synovion Industries website. The website provides company information and supports enquiries, quote requests, surplus submissions, and demo requests. It does not accept online payments.
Scope
This policy applies to the company website and its forms. It does not cover the separate Synovion Inventory application, which is a separate service and requires its own applicable privacy notice.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:
- Contact and organization information, such as your name, work email address, organization or laboratory, role, and location.
- Enquiry and project information, such as your message, areas of interest, workflow needs, chemical or compound requirements, quantities, specifications, documentation needs, delivery requirements, timing, and other details needed to evaluate your request.
- Surplus material or equipment information, such as identity, quantity, condition, storage history, location, documentation, price or budget, testing or decontamination information, and your authorization selections.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, referring page, and date and time, as processed by the website and hosting infrastructure.
The active website forms do not include file-upload fields. Please do not provide sensitive personal information or confidential technical information unless it is reasonably necessary for your enquiry and you are authorized to provide it.
How we use information
- Respond to and follow up on your enquiry or request.
- Arrange demonstrations and discuss laboratory inventory needs.
- Evaluate quote, sourcing, custom synthesis, and surplus material or equipment requests.
- Identify suitable product or service options.
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and understand use of the website and its forms.
- Maintain appropriate business communications and records.
Forms, providers, and sourcing enquiries
Website forms are processed using WordPress and WPForms Lite. Submissions are sent as notification emails to the appropriate Synovion business inbox through WP Mail SMTP and Resend. The active forms do not store completed entries in the WordPress database, but their contents may remain in the business inbox and related business records. Enquiries are not currently exported automatically to a CRM, spreadsheet, or marketing system.
Hostinger provides website hosting and related infrastructure. Hostinger, Resend, and other website service providers may process information as needed to provide hosting, email delivery, maintenance, and related operational services.
For sourcing enquiries, Synovion may use the product requirements you provide to identify suitable options. We do not give sourcing partners a customer’s identity, contact details, or complete form submission. Necessary processing by hosting and email providers is separate from this sourcing activity.
Marketing
Submitting a website form does not automatically enrol you in promotional email. Enquiry information is used to respond to and follow up on your request. Any future new-product announcements or other promotional email will use a separate marketing process that provides a way to opt out.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses cookies or similar browser storage for essential and functional purposes, including WordPress functions, the cookie-choice notice, and WooCommerce catalog or session functions. WooCommerce is operating in quote-only mode; public Cart and Checkout routes do not accept online payments.
Local WPForms analytics may record form views, submissions, and a session identifier for aggregate form-performance reporting. The website does not currently use Google Analytics or an advertising pixel. Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser may connect to Google to retrieve them.
Retention
We retain enquiry emails and related business records for as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up, manage an ongoing or prospective business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, and address applicable business or legal needs. No fixed automatic deletion deadline has been adopted. Hosting and email providers may retain operational records according to their own settings and practices.
Privacy enquiries and requests
You may contact us to ask about information you submitted through this website or to request correction or deletion. We may need to verify your request, and our response will depend on the information we hold and the circumstances of the request.

We may update this policy when the website, its service providers, or our information-handling practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
